Support Desk Project Coordinator

Daniel is a well-rounded IT Professional with a wide variety of skills and job experience. He is passionate about technology, and is outgoing, personable, and hardworking.  His position requires not only technical skills, but includes server management, hardware maintenance, RAID Management, and VM Management.  Customer service skills are amongst his core competencies, as is project management, technical assistance, and first line support desk skills.  Above all, Daniel is proactive in his approach to support and has the patience of a saint.  He came to us following his role as Technical Support Coordinator at Point University.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Marketing at the University of West Georgia in 2006 and his Associates of Science, Computer Science in 2004 from Gordon College in Georgia.
