The countdown clock is ticking and I am busy preparing for the upcoming Franchise Expo South in Houston, Feb. 11-13. This will be our third time sponsoring this event, but the very first time that I have been invited to participate as a speaker and facilitator of The A-Zs of Buying a Franchise Workshop. For years, this program has been taught at the IFE in NYC, by the esteemed University Professor, Speaker and Franchise Mastermind, Dr. John Hayes. When I was invited to fill these shoes in Houston, I enthusiastically agreed to do so. For me, it’s a great opportunity to continue paying back my mentors, people like George Slusser, Dennis Fuller, Tony Conza and the late Chuck Leanness, all of whom gave me tremendous “legs-up” in my earlier franchising days.
So, I hope to see you in Houston. I promise to do my part and educate your prospects who attend my workshop. Remember, educated consumers make your very best consumers. Then, it’s up to you to use solutions and tools like those produced by FRM Solutions, to manage these prospects and their experiences, as they learn more about your opportunity and brand. And, if you’re exhibiting, please don’t be frivolous with the investment you’ve made to generate leads and new opportunities for franchisees. Bring more than just your booth with you to Houston.
